What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Reservation will be fully refunded (less the Convenience Fee), as long as 24 hours notice is provided. All cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged the equivalent to one day of parking fees.

If your flight is cancelled, please let us know and we can modify your reservation for future dates. The daily parking rate may change depending on your travel dates.

The Convenience Fee of $0.00 is non refundable.

Your deposit will be credited to the card you used when you made your reservation.
